Take a look around your house? Have any plant in pots hanging around? Chances are you have poisonous plants in your house. Should you get rid of them? I'll leave that question up to you but I will tell you that if anyone in your household should bite a leaf or cut a leaf and get the liquid in your eyes you will have a miserable time, it can even cause death.

An incident happened a few days ago with my girlfriend's little boy. Her little boy came crying to get pointing at his mouth and at the plant they had in their house. At first she didn't know what was wrong because he could not talk. Then she saw a bite on the plant but really could not figure out what the deal was. This is where it's important to know what kind of plants you have in your house. So she saw the bite on the plant leaf and she tasted the leaf with her tongue. She suffered the same effect. At the time she had not idea what the heck was the problem with the plant. It's been 2 days and she still feeling light effects.

The plant she has in her house is called "Dieffenbachia" and is also known as: "Dumbcane, Giant Dumbcane, Spotted Dumbcane, Leopard Lily" and it looks like this:
The effects of eating this plant, according to Wikipedia are:

"If a leaf is chewed, these crystals cause a burning sensation in the mouth and throat; swelling can occur along with a temporary inability to speak, and eventually death. Chewing results in death due to swelling of the throat that blocks the airway."

If you would like more information on the type of house plants that are poisonous I suggest you do research on the plants you own if you know the names OR go to this website: blankees.com to see the list common house plants that are poisonous.

Treat any house plant like they are poisonous unless you know for sure they not. Make sure you keep your plants well out of reach of children by putting them high up or maybe just get rid of them altogether. Having your place look nice is not worth losing your child or a pet due to accidental ingestion.

If anyone ingests one of these plants and suffers from these symptoms, call 911 immediately or call poison control at once!

Potty Training

I always thought I was going to have a hard time trying to teach my son how to go potty on the toilet. And I did not thing he was going to learn before his third birthdat (Sept 14) Was I WRONG! I spent countless hours teaching him, showing him and him watching the Elmo potty training video. I thought he was going to fade into it, having a few accidents here, and many hours and days of frustration but a funny thing happened. He learned to use the potty from one day to the next! I was amazed! It sunk in!

My son now wakes up with dry pull ups and first thing he does in the morning prior to his shower (yes he's been taking showers since before he could walk) is takes off his pull ups and goes "pee pee toilet" and he also poos in the toilet too! I had him wearing underwear for the past few days during the day and not one accident. Im not saying he's not going to have an accident but my kid has is locked on about 2 1/2 months before his 3 yr old birthday. The thing that also amazes me and that he wont even tell me he has to go, he goes on his own and he pee pee's standing up! Im so proud of my little guy! He's growing up and fast!

Kids say the darndest things!

We all know kids try real hard to talk when they are learning. Sometimes not pronouncing R's of maybe even T's. But whatever letter it may be that they eat up and don't sound out, it is always cute to hear them try. It sounds so cute that maybe you'll take a video camera, record it and post it on youtube for the world to hear and see! Poop has stained my carpet and Elmos potty training has been ingrained in my PS3's laser! But it seems to be paying off because the other day he finally pooed in the toilet! He seems to finally be getting the point. Now all I need is for him to actually tell me when he has to go! One step closer to not using anymore diapers!

Disneyland and my long weekend

This was a pretty long weekend for me and my son. On Saturday we did the March for Babies walk and on Sunday we took off to Disneyland. This was my first time taking my son and we had a blast!

Our morning started at 5:50am when I woke him up to take him a shower. He was so cranky. Kind of like me when I wake up to go to work in the morning. He cried all the way to the shower when his head hanging low. I put him in the shower with me and he was still cranky and crying. I felt bad but he had something better in store that he didn't know about. We were going to Disneyland.

So we arrived at Disneyland at about 8:45am. The Sun was out and it was heating up quick! Which was a good thing because I know we weren't going to need sweaters or jackets throughout the day. As we drove to the parking lot my son could see the Mickey shape on the California Adventure Rollers coaster. He Kept yelling, "mickey mouse" That made me feel good that I was making him happy. Moments like that are priceless.

If you ever wanna make your child's day, as much as you might dislike Disney stuff (like I used too) this is and will make your child happy beyond all your expectations. I have pictures AND video of my son, my parents and myself. It was such an experience. And I cannot wait to do it again when he gets a little older so he can be tall enough to get on the bigger rides.

<img style="text-decoration: underline;display: block; It turned out to be a VERY hot Saturday.

We jump on the 5 freeway to Balboa Park. We register and we walk. First of all I want to thank the few people that donated money to the cause. L.A. Mama (Raisingcalifornia) and my good friend Lupita. I also want to thank the anonymous donor that did not leave a name or a comment.

Here are some pictures from MY walk and my son's STROLLER ride.

And on a Side note, Sunday we're heading off to Disneyland!

Good times.

March of Dimes, March for Babies!!!

**Note** The banners on this post now reflect my team---please donate!
***Welcome Digg.com and thank you for your doantions!***

I have made a decision to walk for the march of dimes. It's called "March of Dimes- Walk for babies" This organization helps babies with many problems.

To be honest before my son was born I would not even pay attention to these causes. I guess you could say I was selfish...Hey to each their own. I must say that having a child has changed my attitude about life, love, money and life in general. Most of the things I do are not for my benefit but for my son's benefit. Being that my son never used these services I think it would be good for me and him to contribute to other babies that have problems because who knows, maybe we're saving my son's future wife's life? Hey you never know!!!

All I know is that had my son been born with problems(and he was, he was in the hospital for 10 days lung infection) I would of relied on the march of dimes for help. So now as a responsible father that I am, I will sign me and my son up as a team and we are BOTH going to walk April 26 for the March of Dimes here in San Diego California. As soon as I get info on how to add my team of two I will post a link so that anyone can sponsor me and my son. (the links on this post now reflect my team---please donate!)

For those that need more info follow this link!

Funerals and kids

My aunt passed away on Tuesday. She was 95. I loved her a lot. She took care of me when I was a child and my memories of her were very positive. I went to her viewimg and burial. And even though death is never a desirable experience there is a positive side to this and that is that she will never suffer again and I like to think she's in a better place now.

Here is what is bothering me though. Yesterday before attending thee viewing, I was told by two people that I should not be taking my son to the viewing or funeral. That he is too small. I 100% disagree. I don't think it's ever too early to expose a child to death. Especially a death of a family member. I think the earlier they understand death the easier it is to cope with it when they get older. A the burial, my son saw my aunt in the casket, and saw many family members mourn our loss. People cry all the time, in movies, cartoons, tv shows and even family for different reasons, why should a funeral be any different? I doubt it will traumatize my 2 1/2 yr old. And I was there the whole time explaining to him that he should say "bye tia" and he said it and he threw a rose on her casket. I think that our bond just got a lot stronger. Yes my son is probably too young to understand any of what is going on but this is the same reason I feel I should not deprive him from being at a very important family function. My son has every right to have the opportunity to be present at OUR aunts funeral. If anything we should not mourn her death but celebrate her life.

For you parents that think your kids should not be exposed to this....why the hell not? Aren't they as much family as you are? Death is a fact of life. They need to learn that no one lives forever. Why shield them from the fact of life that is death? In reality no one is ever ready for the fact of death. I saw family there crying worse than a hungry newborn. Maybe they should of got kicked out for not handling it well? If my son asked me to explain death to him I will tell him what it is. But he is too small to ask. The day I tell him stories about my aunt, I want him to know that he was there with me. I want him to know that he was there to say goodbye, that he was there to pay his respects. I know my aunt would of wanted my son to be there. It felt good to have my son be part of what took place today. He is after all, family.

The Doors and the Alphabet song

I have been meaning to introduce my son to some more music other than the Beatles. This time I started playing the Doors. I bought a new phone, the Motorola Q 9C and it doubles as a music player. So what did I do? I loaded the player with MP3's. I fire up the music and hand over the phone to my son. He didn't want to give it back to me. He had the Doors blasting when we went to eat at Rubios. He's not singing the doors yet and I don't expect him to because some songs you can't understand some of the words. But it's a start. He calls my phone "the music box". (I taught him that)

"The Music Box" This is the new Motorola Q 9C from Sprint

Ok so we're sitting at Rubios eating fish tacos, and the wall next to us is painted. Has drawings and words. My son starts pointing at the letters pretending to know what they are. He points at the letter and is complete off. But the thing I noticed which is fine by me is the fact that he knows they are letters. So there I am correcting him and when we get to the letter "O" I ask him, what letter is this? He replies "O" I was in shock! Ok so this is the only letter he got right but he's on the right track! I didn't have time to sit with him today and recite the alphabet because we were running around doing things but I was amazed!

One of the funny things to this story is that while I was correcting him with the letters he got wrong he would sing the alphabit song. I would point to the letter "T" he would get it wrong and I told him "T" and he would sing "UVWXYZ" and I would just start laughing. OMG!! Kids this age are something different.

My son sings to the Beatles!

I blogged a few weeks ago about my son singing. I keep playing The Beatles songs in my car. Let me say that he LOVES The Beatles and I can hear him jam in the back seat! I love all types of music and when he comes to stay with me he sometimes sings hip hop his mother play on the radio. And as much as I do like hip hop and rap, I would much rather have my son sing REAL music. I rather have my son sing Beatles than the latest Pit Bull song. (No offense Pit Bull I do love your music) There is so much more music and talent in music from bands that play their own instruments. And by no way am I getting my son not to listen to hip hop WHEN he gets older.

So my sons favorite Beatles song is Do you want to know a secret. I can hear him try to keep up and whatever he cant sing he hums, but whatever he can say he'll say it clearly. I am totally having a filed day with this! I can't believe I got my 2.5 yr old son into The Beatles! And when the song is over, NO! he does NOT want to hear the other songs. He wants me to play this song again! When the other songs come on I ask him is he wants to hear it and he says no. He wants to hear, Do you want to know a secret!

I think the next band I'm going to get him to listen to is going to be The Doors! I love Jim Morrison! Then after that will be Santana! I so want my son to get into music at a young age. He did lose his shynes because I'll watch him and he sings. He doesn't seem to mind who see him now. I might even buy him a cheap MP3 player with some good music on there. My son is very receptive to my music and I love it!!!!

Mother throws her 2 kids off overpass and she also jumps

I was watching my local news a few nights ago and I saw a report of a mother throwing her two kids off an overpass. I really don't get it. Can someone explain this to me? Even if you retarded crazy, what compels a mother to want to try and kills you or hurt your children. These are children, innocent kids that don't need to be dragged into your adult problems. I don't care how insane she claims to be, she needs to be locked up for life! The report also says that Child Protective Services had been involved before. WHAT??? So what you are telling me is that this is what needs to take place before you deem the mother unfit to take care of her children? UNBELIEVABLE!! In cases like this, there is NO ROOM for mistakes. Small children are counting on YOU to protect them.

I have a son and never in a million years could I ever imagine hurting my cute adorable little boy. And every time I hear of someone hurting their children I just want to do unthinkable acts to these people. The thought of a small child in pain against their will makes my blood boil!!

Here is the article off MSNBC

I hope she gets what she deserves!!!!

Charlie Bit me!!!

OMG this is too funny! You DON’T know what it’s like!!!!

This is a blog a wrote a few weeks ago on my myspace blog regarding people that tell me they know what it's like having a kid when they in fact DON'T have a kid.

Read on:

I'm sick and tired that time and time again (ok only twice) I meet a girl working somewhere (at the uniform shop and at the bank) they will ask me about my son so I ask them "do you have any kids?" They say no but that they know how it is because a) they took care of a sibling because a parent is working and b) because they live with a "3 yr old"

NO! it is NOT the same!!! It is NOT the same to have the responsibility of taking care of your own child and taking care or living with someone else's child.

Now I'm not knocking down the fact that, yes you gain experience and maybe what it could be like to have a child but until you have a kid of your own you have NO idea what is is to have a child.

When you have your own child you stress out about what they will eat for dinner, what you will buy them for their bday or xmas. You ask yourself whether you can go out this coming weekend and if you will be able to find a baby sitter. When all you do is live with a child, or simply babysit a child you don't have any of these concerns. Sure maybe for the time you baby sit you do and yes maybe you do buy then stuff for their bday and Xmas but you DONT HAVE to do it. You are not required or obligated to do these things. Then after you are done baby sitting, back to the parents they go and you can go out and party.

So don't sit there and tell me that you know how it is if you don't have your own kid. If you can't go out because you are babysitting is because YOU agreed to it. If I can't go out because I have my son, I DON'T have a choice. He is my obligation. A kid you are babysitting is NOT your obligation.

To be fair, my son doesn't live with me full time. I get him on my days off work. But consider this, I can't go out on work nights (it's called being responsible) and when I am off work I have my son and I can't always get a baby sitter to go out so I am assed out!

If YOU can't baby sit a kid one day you can say "sorry I'm busy I can't do it", and the REAL parent deals with it. if I cannot find a baby sitter, that's to bad for me, I cannot go out.

As a babysitter you ARE NOT obligated to provide for that kid. As a REAL parent you need to spend some of your paycheck for your kid, it's your obligation.

Consider this next time you are there at work sitting down telling a REAL parent you know what it's like:
Ask yourself who is taking care of the kid while you are at work? If you're answer is not: with my significant other or a family member babysitting or at a babysitter, or if you never had the stress and responsibility of finding a babysitter you DON'T know what it's like.

So unless you experience these things and there are many more that only a REAL parent goes through, don't sit there and tell REAL parents you know what it's like because YOU DON'T! DON'T insult us like that!

Don't base you babysitting experience (sibling or not) on being a reason to want to have kids because it is NOT the same thing and you WILL see a difference.

When you baby sit, the kid goes back to their mom and dad, With your own kid YOU ARE THE PARENT! There is NO taking him back anywhere. You are in for a RUDE awakening.

By no means am I saying having a kid is bad. In fact it is a fun a rewarding experience but don't expect it to be the same as simply babysitting.

If you still argue that it's the same, go ahead have your own kid then come back tell me it's the same thing after some punk kid tells you they know what it's like because.....

It will change your whole outlook and you will know what I was ranting about!

Pete Ellis Dodge

I remember as a kid when I lived in Los Angeles there was a commercial that fascinated me. I was a commercial for a local car dealer in the Los Angeles area. Pete Ellis Dodge. It featured their location jingle with a little bouncing ball over the words. I used to get a kick out of this commercial as a youngin' Just recently I was remembering this and I actually found video on youtube. Someone actually posted the video! I haven't seen this commercial in years! And now that the dealership is out of business, well this would explain why no more commercials are being produced. So here is the video!

Brings so many memories of watching cartoons on KTTV and KCOP back when they had afternoon cartoons. My how things have changed since then!

Missing Madeleine

I was watching Dateline NBC the other night and they were talking about the missing British girl named Madeleine McCann. As I was watching the segment, somethings seemed fishy to me. Now I'm not saying the parents are suspect because the evidence presented is not solid but one thing is really bothering me.
Why the HELL would you leave your children asleep and unattended while you go have dinner and drinks??? Especially drinks! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Even if the hotel room is within view, this is just crazy!!! From the diagram presented, you have a clear view of the hotel room FROM THE OUTSIDE! but you have NO IDEA whats going on the inside. Apparently someone broke in from the side window that overlooks the outside street. But why would they only take Madeleine McCann (the little girl) and not the twins sleeping right next to her?

I would NEVER in a million yrs leave my son sleeping alone even for one minute. Even with locked doors and even for 5 minutes to grab something from the store. Either he comes with me or I wait till morning when he wakes up. As a parent I just don't understand how you can have a relaxing dinner while leaving 3 small children unattended. I know in the United States is unlawful to leave children under 18 yrs old at home alone. Obviously adults here work and sometimes kids come home while the parents aren't home yet but thats part of everyday working life, you have to work to live.

Here is the picture if the little girl:

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_j5E-UNnF0bA/R8y_y1tZxfI/AAAAAAAAA5o/IE2QR1mjCaA/s400/Madeleine_close2.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5173720952073733618" />

I hope lil Madeleine is alive and well and that someone returns her to her parents or to someone MORE responsible. Because I think what happened to her is BULLS**T!

Here is the website link to find lil Madeleine and bring her home:

Bring Madeleine home

My son has started singing.

My son has started singing. at 2 yrs and 5 mos. Actually he started singing song's about 2 months ago. It started with Rhianna's song Umbrella. I would hear him on occasions singing, "La La, Eh Eh". Last week I heard him singing Alicia Keys, "No one". He'll be playing with his toys and all of a sudden will start singing "No one, No one, noooo oneee" then he starts singing Ohh Ohh Ohhh" but he does it his own way, so cute and funny. I've been playing and singing Beatles songs to him and I think he's really digging it! On the way home from my cousins house I was playing 8 days a week and I could hear him singing in the back of my car. So I would turn and look at him, he would stop singing and cover his face. I would turn away and he would start again, I would look at him and he would stop and cover his face. My son likes the Beatles! I'm loving it!

So a question for you parents. How can I praise my son without him feeling shy about it? I don't want him to stop singing because I'm looking at him. Any ideas? Will he grow out of it? I want to encourage his artistic talent. I think this is great! Who knows maybe one day he will be on his way to become a star! If I ever get video I will post it on here. :)

My son in Los Angeles

This weekend I took my son to Los Angeles with me. It felt so good not having to worry about the clock! We went to Montebello and Altadena. Met my uncles, aunts and cousins. It just felt great that for the first time he was mine on my weekend. I know I keep repeating myself but it just feels so good.

Here are some pictures of my son in Los Angeles with me and his uncle:

On Sunday we went to a friends house here in San Diego to watch the Chargers get beat by the Patriots. So sad but there is always next year. I could not be more excited!! Are first order of business??? We're going to Los Angeles!! We're going to visit family that my son to this day, 2yrs 4 mos, still has not met. But tomorrow that will all change. He WILL meet more family. He WILL meet more of my friends and NO ONE can stop me! NO one. I've had to suffer for 2 yrs at the hands of the courts and unnamed person(s). I feel so liberated! And since this is "for the benefit of the children" I think it benefits my son to meet his other family, don't you think?

We're going to Altedena California, Montebello California and Ontario California. It should be fun! I will post some pictures of our one day trip to the City of Angels (and San Bernardino ..Ontario..)

Single Daddy Online

Here is a website I am working on. Right now it's a work in progress focusing on California but it will expand to every state. Since I am the only one working on this, it will take me a while to complete. But it will be done!!

So what I would like you fine single parents (and married) to do is check my site out and let me know what you think!

Single Daddy Online

Single daddy resources

So I have this great idea that I need to tell you all about. I have registered a domain name on godaddy.com. I will be creating a website where single dads (and moms) can go and find information regarding issues that affects single parents.

I'm hoping to be able to work on this website on my own. It will be no easy task but I have a lot of time on my hands and if I can help and direct one single parent to the right resources, then I have helped one too many and that's a good thing!

For the mean time enjoy my blog, leave comments and let's all share experiences that makes being a single parent great!!!

More stories regarding my son and I sometime this weekend. It's a new adventure everyday I have my son, so stay tuned for funny and amazing stories, maybe videos and maybe pictures too. Who knows? Just keep chekcing back often and subscribe to my blog. Link me too! :)

Court resources for single parents!

Ok ladies and gentlemen, let's shift gears for quick moment. I want to touch upon a very important topic that helped me save a little bit of money filing my court papers for for a court hearing and modification of time with my son. This applies only to California Residents. And if anyone has resources for other states, let me know so that I may link them in my blog.

If you are a single dad struggling to fill out the paperwork, let me tell you that it's no easy task. Check in your local county courthouse to see if they offer free services. Most should (I live in San Diego), but different counties operate differently. I cannot offer advice as I am not qualified to answer legal questions but I will tell you this: If you have already gone to court for custody and mediation, study the final paperwork that you may have. Study the paperwork that you may need. Doing this helped me fill out the paperwork with minimal mistakes. The reason why I chose to do it myself and not get county help is because, you could be stuck waiting for help ALL DAY! and even then it's not guaranteed they will have time to help you. You have to be there early (7am) and try to beat anyone in line outside the court house. It's a mess. I simply don't have time to do this. So it helped me to learn to do this paperwork on my own. like I said, study you old court paperwork. If you have an attorney, they can help you BUT, it will cost you an arm and a leg! (you should already know that)

I know this can get a little discouraging, but don't give up, be it single mom or single dad. There is hope! So here is the link to the paperwork you need to file in California, you can also get papers for other types of cases.

California Court Papers

and for San Diego County residents, here is the San Diego Courts resource page

San Diego County Resource Page

I hope I have helped even one person. I know I cracked my head trying to figure some stuff out but I am here to tell you that it CAN be done!!

Introduction to Alphabet flashcards

I was shopping at Wal-Mart last week and I needed to get some office supplies. While in the office supply isle I saw some flash cards. A pack of 4 flash cards from the company Rose art. The flash cards it had contained, Numbers, Letters, Shapes and colors. I also bought some flash card from Crayola, same themes as Rose art.

The other night when I had my son with me, I decided to try them out with him. The cards are meant for pre-schoolers and ages three and above. My son is two years old.

(*Note: the flash cards I talk about are in the amazon banner to the right)

I start with the the letter flash cards. And I go down the Alphabet. I would point to the A and would say, "A" he would repeat and say "A" there is an apple under the A and I say "apple" and he says "apple"
I get to the letter E and I say "E" He repeats after me and he says "E" under the E is a picture of an eagle, as I point to the the eagle, he shouts "BIRD!" So much for word associations eh? He is right, it IS a bird but for association purposes I had to tell him, "E for Eagle" I just hope he doesnt think all birds are now eagles!
When I get S he repeats S then before I can say "Snake" he beats me to it and says "snake!" And when I get to T is for Train, he stops me right there. I guess my son love trains because he would not let me go further than T for train. I would go to "U" and he would cry, saying "NO!! Train!" He would go as far as saying "choo choo train" and even called the train "Thomas" So I only got to the T's. Behind the T card is another T with a turtle, so next time Im going to flip the card.

(*Note: the Cars I talk about are in the amazon banner to the right)

My son just amazes me at the things he remembers and the things he knows. For instance, my son has these cars from the move "Cars" in which you shake them and when you put them on the ground they take off. And the harder and longer you shake them, the farther they travel. Well under the cars is an on and off switch. I turned them of because the roaring engines annoy me. My baby's mom was at my house and I was telling her that there is a button to turn them off. She told me she was glad I told her because she didn't know you could turn them off(she has these at her house too). Then I tell her that my son used to know where the button was but that I was pretty sure he forgot. My baby's mom says to me, "don't keep saying that there are buttons under the car because the baby's going to figure it out" not even 2seconds after she says that (keep in mind I was right next to him when he did this) he flips over the car and flips the switch to turn on the annoying cars! I was simply in SHOCK! My son is 2 yrs and 3 months(27 months). I never thought a kid this small could actually understand everything we we're saying. Apperantly I was wrong!

Oh and one last funny thing, I bought him a bat and some baseballs at Toy's R us for Christmas. They are made for kids, firm but the surface is made of some soft material for the balls and the bat. Well he was banging on his toys with the bat. I shout at him and tell him "Isaiah, stop banging on your toys and give me that bat!" He comes to me and hands me the bat. Seeing that was upset, he comes back with puckered lips and I give him a kiss. This little brat, can you believe that he knows how to soften me up? OMG!! am I do for a battle!!! A battle in discipline! I hope he doesnt think he can get out of trouble by trying to soften me up!

Pondering on what to do with my son with so much time

Ok so ever since I got the time I wanted with my son from the courts, I have been going crazy thinking about all the things I want to do with him. I want to take him to Disneyland but I want to do a 3 night stay at the Disneyland hotel with two days of park fun. One day at Disneyland and another day at California Adventure. I want to book and pay for my trip when I get my taxes. I am so excited that now I have my son every other weekend and I don't have to ask for permission to have my son go anywhere with me. This has made my New Year 2008 start off with a BANG! I haven't been this happy in such a long time.

So this is what I want to do with my little boy:

1. Disneyland.
2. Hollywood.
3. All over Los Angeles and take him to meet ALL my family up there.
4. San Diego Zoo (I hate the zoo)
5. Knott's soak city (Chula Vista)

And I don't know what else. I mean I had so many things and ideas I wanted to do with him and now I don't even know where to start. I think I need to take a breather and regroup.

For the past 2 years I have not been able to throw my son a birthday party because I could not get him long enough to do one. But this year when he turns 3 I plan to make him a HUGE party. A party that combines the two years I have never been able to throw him a party. I'm going to hire a DJ, a Live band, magigian, a taco guy or a Taquero, buy "Cars" theme Piñatas and Car's theme party favors. I'm really going all out and I am invited a mob of people, ALL my friends and family because in two years of my son's life there are STILL a lot of friends and FAMILY that have not yet met my son. Unbelievable. But now I have the flexibility to do a lot and I could not be more happier!!! On a side note, my son's 3rd Birthday isn't until September so I have a lot of time to buy the stuff I need now and get all the small stuff out of the way and save for everything else I want to provide.

So to all you parents, single or non-single, give me some ideas on what I can do with my son?

More time means MORE TIME!!!!

So today went to mediation and I got a lot more time that I can spend with my son that is un-interrupted!!! One of the most happiest moments of my life!!!

So expect to see a lot more written about my experiences with my son as they will increase!!!
